Bidrage med feedbackOn a hot day, my wife and I were craving something refreshing, so we stopped by for some boba! I tried the Halo-Halo snow bubble, and my wife enjoyed the Thai Tea milk. The flavors were fantastic. It's a wonderful place to visit!
When I arrived at the store, I placed my order at the register and explained to one of the employees that I was trying to save time by calling ahead. I suggested that they consider allowing phone orders in the future. Unfortunately, I was treated like a complete stranger. To make matters worse, I later realized that my drinks were all incorrect. I had to go back, re-order them, and wait again, which made me late for work. I asked for the manager's name and number to follow up later, but the employees simply said no. I requested another way to contact the manager, but they refused to provide any information. Just before I left, the person in charge told me to make sure I leave plenty of time before heading to work so I wouldn’t be late if I stopped by their store. I found this remark rude and disrespectful, especially as a long-time loyal customer. It’s clear to me that they have lost my business, and likely the business of many potential future customers as well. I will definitely share my experience with others.
Terrible experience. I ordered two drinks and waited at least 20 minutes while others who arrived after me were served. When I requested a refund, they said it wasn't possible. I won't be returning after this experience. Food: 1/5.
Tapioca express is trying to kill/poison their clients! I was so disgusting I threw my drink away. I almost cut my mouth with this metal. It was stuck with the boba.
I got a mango tea it was really good at first as it started to melt I realized that it was way way to sweet.Food: 4/5
