Koi Sushi - National City

Great sushi at an affordable price. The atmosphere is pleasant with relaxing music playing in the background. The staff is friendly, and I would definitely return. Food rating: 4/5.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday, but the experience was disappointing. The food was mediocre; the fish didn’t taste fresh, and there were more vegetables and rice than anything else. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last visit. Food rating: 2/5.

We ordered three rolls, but I wouldn't recommend the volcano roll. It was quite dry and chewy. I get that it's baked, but a little sauce would have gone a long way. Just a suggestion. The waiter was also fairly quiet. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.
