Great customer service and food was prepared very good, appearance/presentation was appealing fresh-tasting buttery buns, Oreo shake delicious...the ladies were very patient with my grandson who had 100 questions. The Plaza Blvd JIB crew are the best!! I won't mention names but one of the other JIB's could use a lesson or three on how to treat customers and get orders right. Just saying.

Sometimes drive thru line can get long fast but if lobby is open your in and out.

Don't come to this location much, but my homestyle chicken sandwich was great, and my kids ate all their chicken nuggets.

Best Jack in the Box in San Diego East Plaza Blvd , their food is fresh and as advertised. Also a woman gave me credit for next time when their EBT did not work as I am a loyal customer. Much needed and they went beyond to satisfy this customer.

For my experience, the customer service here is on point. They're very helpful and courteous.
