Bidrage med feedbackBoba was ok, not the best I've ever had. The line to order was slow and even slower to get your order. Waited close to 30 minutes at least for my drink. There should be a heads up sign that says how long the expected wait time is going to be especially if they are so far behind. I would not have waited and wasted my time. Kind of distasteful
I always stop for boba here when I'm at the Natick Mall--it's great! The only downside is that sometimes the line can be super long (but I love that the business is doing so well and the staff is always very friendly).
Horrible attitude of the server Todd. We ordered something that was not understood well. Mistakes happen. But the way we were treated when we reported it left a lot to be desired. He refunded the money very rudely and refused to take the correct order. Also ordered us to get back in line to place the correct order. We decided to go someplace else. Giving our business to a company with such rude customer service.....never ever.
I had a very bad experience today. A lady working there responded astonishingly very rude. It was about 6 PM and the stores closing. My kids wanted some bubble tea. We stopped by to check if they were still open. I asked one of the ladies if they are open. The answer I got is ?do we look like open?? Obviously to me the stall looked like it?s open. I felt very bad and didn?t know how to respond after getting an answer like this to a simple yes or no question. Never going there.
This bubble tea place really sucks. The boba was good, soft and chewy, and that?s were the good ends. But the teas are bad; they?re totally under flavored or just wrong. The people always making the orders also have no concept of how to make bubble tea either. Also it?s just too overpriced for the quality and amount received. I suggest finding an independent bubble tea place because king fu tea constantly drops the ball.
