Joy Luck - Natick

We usually dine at a different restaurant, but on Christmas Eve, our go-to spot was closed, and thankfully Joy Luck saved the day! We absolutely loved it, and it has quickly become our new favorite. The veggie lo mein was fantastic, and my husband can't get enough of their hot and sour soup. The portions are generous, and although the prices are a bit higher than other Chinese restaurants in the area (we spent $50 for two noodle dishes, soup, and an entree), we will definitely return because the serving sizes are large and the quality is excellent. Just a heads-up: they sometimes underestimate preparation times, so I recommend picking up your order about 10 minutes after the estimated time.

This restaurant deserves five stars for what it offers: some of the finest American Chinese food around. The General Tso's chicken is excellent, especially when you request it extra spicy. The beef chow fun is also quite good. The takeout service is quick and efficient, and the food isn’t overly greasy with high-quality ingredients. I placed an order at 5:40, left my house, picked up some wine, collected the food, and was back home by 6:00 PM.

On New Year's Eve, I was in the mood for takeout Chinese food. I called around the Milford area where I live while I was at work, but none of my usual spots answered the phone, and those that did had long wait times starting at 8 p.m. I decided to drive down the street from my workplace and came across this restaurant. I attempted to place an order online, but the website was malfunctioning, so I went inside to order. To my surprise, the food was ready in just 10 minutes, and it was quite good! Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely return when I'm in the area again.

I've been ordering from this restaurant for the past two years, and I really enjoy their food. It’s classic Chinese cuisine—nothing too out of the ordinary—but they consistently deliver. I give them five stars for their speed and efficiency.

My wife and I frequently order from this restaurant. The prices are reasonable, and the service is quick. I've never had a negative experience here.
