We ordered an Italian sandwich, a ham and cheese melt, a Caesar salad, and some broccoli cheese soup. Everything was delicious and fresh! I particularly loved the ham and cheese melt!
Please ensure your staff receives proper training, as the service I experienced was unsatisfactory. They served me the wrong soup in a bread bowl, and then brought out a cracked bowl for me to pour my soup into. This is unacceptable. My order should have been fulfilled correctly from the start. The staff member understood the mistake, as she came out to explain how they had messed up. I really enjoy dining here, but if you don't prioritize customer service training for your employees, you risk losing customers quickly. Patrons deserve to receive what they paid for, and if a mistake happens, it should be rectified without creating additional issues. Customer service entails more than just greeting customers; it requires genuine care and attention to their needs.
I placed a large order for our office, consisting of 23 box lunches. The online ordering process was simple, and I received a follow-up phone call to confirm my order. Everything was ready for pickup at the designated time, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Everyone enjoyed their lunch, and we look forward to doing this again very soon!
Guess I am due a bad experience because we have eaten there at least 30 times and the food and service has always been impeccable. I also have ordered take out to take to friends that are ill and they always say that McAlister's is their order on line favorite. The Chicken n Dumplin Soup is the one item I wish they would carry YEAR ROUND. Their Chili cannot be beat. Love all the sandwiches we have eaten there and will be dining again today with our family.
This place was horrible. The took the money out of our account and proceeded to say it was declined even though I had proof of the transaction. I continued to ask for proof of the refund and he handed me some paper showing nothing of it and ended up telling me if I wanted my food I had to pay AGAIN. I definitely don?t recommend this place at all.
