This food is from this world? delicious. If you want a road south in Texas and want a meal and not just snacks from a gas station; I recommend this restaurant. I love the Taco Salad. That was the best salad I've ever eaten. EVER!!! The vegetables were fresh, and the tacos bowl was hot and fluffy. The seasoned ground beef layered the entire bottom of the shell. It had Salsa and Ranch on the side. The contrast was wonderful on the pallet. I have eaten there several times and am always impressed by food.

The food is great there, only the menu at prices are not what they calculate or inside, you can not get a second refill of what ever your drink and they are not discount food you do not have with the plate!

I moved to the car-duration window and the lady didn't tell me my sum and tried to give me my drink while I had changed in my hands. I didn't take the drinks/food, but asked the sum she told me so that I started collecting the change, but could find?t as I wanted to give her the $20 she says? Do you already give the change?? And she laughed. I found it so disrespectful. How would you tremble if you told me the sum and DIDN at the speaker? T if you hadn't done it, you should have said the sum on the window first before you tried to hand out the food in a hurry. This lady is always so rude and I finally have her name. Lupita. I will never return to this restaurant again. I'm tired of the bad service I continuously receive. Better La Pasadita!!!

The food is very delicious! So delicious! There is also a shop connected to the restaurant. It is very clean and very friendly service.

I am not a huge fan of South Texas Mexican food. There is so many Mexican food places. I am not against nor have issues with these establishments. This is a popular restaurant for the area. I have heard how people like it, they like the food and portions. The food is ok, the service was ok. I wouldn't make a special trip off the beaten path.
