Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Service was decent, even though we were pretty much the only customers the service wasn’t the fastest. The reason for 3 stars is mostly because I get the exact same order every time I go to a tropical smoothie and the smoothie I got was completely different than it usually is, it felt like they missed an ingredient altogether or accidentally measured it wrong.

Would give zero stars if an option. Ordered online. Receipt said food would be ready in 25 min. I show up 35 min, no food ready. I let them know my name when I got there and she turned around (I assumed to prepare my food or wrap it up to hand to me). After the second smoothie was completed for another costumer that had clearly ordered after me and multiple sandwiches that weren’t mine. The flatbreads here are pretty good for a chain, but priced a little high considering they likely will not fill you up.

Tropical smoothie has always been a favorite of my family going to tropical smoothie as a restaurant chain since we lived in South Florida so roughly around maybe 16 or 17 years give or take.
