Soy Cubano

The best Cuban sandwich I've had since I left Orlando—just like the ones from my favorite bodega back home. It was amazingly delicious! This will definitely be a must-visit spot whenever I'm in Nashville. I’m already craving that sandwich again; I wish I had bought two!

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The Cuban cuisine is truly authentic, and the staff is wonderful. It's situated in The Wash, where you can enjoy your meal outdoors. The maduros were incredible, and the Yuca fries were fantastic as well. The Cuban sandwich is the best I've ever tasted. If I could, I would give them ten stars! If you're in search of real Cuban food, this is the spot to visit!

I've received two strong recommendations from two Cubans for this place's authenticity, so I had to come! Situated amongst other small hole-in-the-wall restaurants, Soy Cubano had a lovely outdoor seating area with shade and many tables. We waited 15-20 mins for food, and the portions were generous!This was my first time trying Cuban food. I had the black bean plate--it was very filling and flavorful. I personally liked the plantains the best. The presentation was neat, and I still had some food left when I got full.Excited to come back again and also try the other restaurants! Many choices!
