Sonic Drive-in

Horrible customer service. Just a bunch of kids and an awful manager. Very disappointing. Sad to say, but avoid this sonic at all cost. With this being the only one left in our area, they should really step their game up.

Review for Sonic I recently visited Sonic twice on consecutive Saturdays, only to find the ice cream machine broken both times. This was quite disappointing, especially since I had ordered through the app. Trying to get a refund has been a huge hassle. It's frustrating to face the same issue repeatedly. What is going on with the maintenance of the ice cream machines? This experience has really affected my trust in Sonic's service.

I have pressed the button and been sitting here for 20 minutes. This is ridiculous

Pressed the red button, 12 min later no answer. went to another stall, 10 minutes later no answer kicked me out of the queue, talk to the girl. She said she’d help five minutes later I took off, what a horrible experience and the place is dirty.

Usually don't leave reviews but I've had enough lol. Ordered a cranberry limeade with bursting boba. Received warm cranberry juice with no ice, no sprite, no lime. At least I think thinks that's what they gave me.
