Visiting from out of state, we were super exited to get some seemingly authentic ramen in town. Having lived in Japan for many years, my boyfriend was especially excited. The noodles were not handmade, better than instant but not fresh. We asked for the spiciest bowl, and found the flavor extremely lacking. As far as portions sizes, we can understand supply chain issues however, it would have been nice to know we’d only be getting two pieces of meat and 1/2 of a ramen egg so we could have at lea … – show

Such good ramen! But they're closed 4 days a week. Pretty disappointing. And puzzling.

The supply chain post covid has forced the price of food up. Almost overnight prices of pork beef and chicken nearly doubled. Many choose to cut corners and downgrade the quality of their food to maintain price. We made the choice to raise the price so we can maintain both healthy wages for our team and best product we can for the price. Thank you.
