Hattie B's Hot Chicken Nashville Lower Broadway

This is some good chicken but my review is for Vinnie. His attention to detail saved our meal. We accidentally ordered the mild thinking no spice and my 5yo daughter thought it was too hot, and he already had the southern fried chicken ready for her because he guessed it would be too spicy. Dude saved us having to wait back in line for it. Big thanks to you bro. Really appreciate the excellent customer service.

Should have had Shut the Cluck Up spice level as the damn hot wasn't as hot as I hoped

This was my first time in Nashville, so obviously I HAD to get a Nashville Hot chicken sandwich while I was there. I looked around and it was between Hattie B's and Prince's and we chose this one. I got the chicken sandwich (medium spicy level) and fries. The Sandwich was definitely amazing and I'm glad I got to get one while I was there. I got the sandwich as it comes (comeback sauce, pickles and slaw on the side). It tasted good, but I think the chicken was a little overcooked. The chicken was a perfect amount of hot/spice for me. The fries were super well seasoned and crispy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside. I know this place is a big tourist one, but it took us an hour to get through the line and get our food. The food was good, but not good enough to wait in that line a 2nd time

Nashville hot chicken from one of the best! Sides are excellent and the peach cobbler is warm and sweet!

Love Hattie B’s and it’s a great place to eat. The food doesn’t disappoint and our family loves to eat and enjoy when we are in Nashville
