Second review also bad, ordered a burger with no mayo or tomato on the way to my obgyn appointment which I had to eat for, couldn't eat the burger they gave me because I'm allergic to tomato. Thanks again for shotty service and over $40 in food I couldn't touch.

My hot ham and cheese I waited 10 minutes to be made neither was hot or had cheese. Then when I go back there is not one person in the drive thru but it still took 5 minutes to answer. Inside locked so don't try it. They just could have cares about the job at all. I won't be back.

Breakfast was good but dinning room was not open so had to eat in my vehicle

I have been coming to this Hardee’s for over 3 to 4 years now and always enjoy the experience there. But today I was a little bothered and not understanding the policy. I usually order in the morning one of your breakfast platters a drink and I usually get a cup of hot water, today I was told that I would have to pay 2.65 for the cup if I wanted some hot water, which I’ve never been charged for before.
