Firehouse Subs Charlotte Pike

I should have read the reviews before visiting this place. The food was bad. I ordered a hot turkey sub. It tasted like they microwaved the turkey and cheese, and then they put it onto a cold/under-cooked/slightly soggy roll, alongside some limp lettuce. The service was also not good. I ordered and paid for my sandwich, and then I sat around for a long time waiting for it (there were no other customers inside the restaurant). I went to the counter to ask, and several of the staff members laughed at me awkwardly. Anyway, I wouldn 't recommend this place. Jersey Mike 's and even Subway are significantly better.

Ordered a Smokehouse cheddar medium and a bowl of dumpling soup. Got home. My bowl of soup was only half full, and my sandwich was roast beef with mayo. Alot of money to payout to not get what I had ordered. Tried to call the store and had no answer. I'm very disappointed. I had not been feeling well the last few days, so I was looking forward to this.

The two females working to make sandwiches seemed in absolutely no hurry and after I felt them staring at me, heard one of them tell the other in Spanish, “Don’t stare!” as they continued exchange glances and chat about customers. I don’t know if everyone here is new or what, but don’t come here with time constraints. Cashier was a really nice young man but the service is very slow.

Won't be going here anymore. The place is disgusting and theres no telling how bad it really is where I cant see. Poor service. Employees don't care.

Only 2 people working on a Friday night, and with holier-than-thou attitudes at that.
