Chick-fil-a

Typically completes orders quickly, but during the lunch rush it can take awhile for them to get your order ready sometimes. One time I ordered a chicken sandwich and told the lady at the counter to add cheese to it, and she did, no problem. However, I requested this with a different worker and she said the sandwich didn't come with cheese lol… I also ordered a cookie with my order once and didn't get it. Food is excellent but customer service is a huge MISS. The window lady is very rude. Not a good example of the company standard of Service

In short, I think the biggest problem with this place isn’t the food. It’s the lack of professionalism. They only say “my pleasure” sometimes, never tug in their shirt, and their choice of words is informal. The food ranges from mediocre to alright. Overall very disappointing by Chickfila’s standards.

They always have good food. Haven't been disappointed yet.

Great food, as usual, however service was a little slow.
