Chicken Salad Chick

This place is so cute! Their lemon basil mix and broccoli salad is delish.

I watched an employee who came out of the bathroom and immediately went to make my food, I at no point saw her wash her hands?!?! I know she didn’t because I saw dirt and stuff on them, it was so gross… her name tag said Fallon and she was very snappy with me after I asked if she washed her hands. She also called me stupid under her breath… I will not be going back. I am very upset and I hope something gets done about this!!!

I'm reading through the reviews, and every single time there's a negative review, the manager responds and says, We are disappointed blah blah blah. Why in a million years should we care that THEY are disappointed??? The only thing that should matter is what the customer thinks and feels!!!

I placed a to go order through uber eats..I went in about 30 Minutes after ordering and was told they couldn’t find my order. The young girl at the register told me “I don’t know what to tell you”. I then show her my phone with the order and the order receipt magically appears at her register…Then she sends it back and now Inwait another 25 Minutes for them to put it together. The cooks in the back do amazing and work very hard…The young girl at the register could care less.

Fair warning: check your receipt when you buy food from here. The food is fine but ridiculously overpriced. $8 for a single scoop with nothing else? However this is not the point of my review (although ridiculous price) I am mainly giving the 1 star review because the girl checking me out in the drive through added her own tip to my order without asking me or anything. She took my card and gave the receipt back and it was over a dollar more than the total she had told me originally. I’m pretty sure this is called stealing and the only reason it was fixed it because I pointed it out.
