Bidrage med feedbackI bought a fundraiser coupon booklet for which a coupon for this business was in this booklet for a free pizza, no purchase necessary. I drove all the way across town to use this coupon. When I got to this restaurant to place the order and use the coupon, they stated that they do not honor that coupon. They also stated the previous owner had printed that one and that restaurant is under new ownership and would not accept the coupon. It appears that the restaurant wants the advertisement exposure from the fundraiser booklet but do not want to honor the coupon, just possible extra foot traffic into the restaurant from the free or discounted advertisement from it. This creates bad exposure for future sells for the fundraiser booklets. If they don't care about the PR for their own business, at least think about the future lost sales and lost revenue for the fundraisers themselves and not misuse or mislead customers from the advertisement from those fundraiser booklets.
I love this place. It is hard to find if you don't know it is there, but it is worth looking for if you have not yet been. They have very good bread that is dipped in a flavored olive oil. The food is good and a decent price. You can ask about a lunch or discount menu as well. The service is good and they often have live music at dinner. It’s a great place.
I used to work here, and Caesar is a great boss, but lazy. Using canned diced tomatoes, and thick bechamel sauce, frozen cannelloni and stuffed shells, terrible procedure for the lasagna, when this place could be great. Vito is an excellent chef, so is Caesar, but they leave the kitchen to a bunch of yo yo's. I wish they would use fresher ingredients. Pizza is top-notch, however.
Excellent food, nice swordfish, great music, the best and good prices.
This place used to be great 5 or 6 years ago. I haven't been here in years and couldn't wait to visit again. We were seated in a VERY dark room (w/our 2 children), food was slow, not up to par, waitress seemed to be 1/2 deaf AND she FORGED an extra 5$ added to her meager tip (for meager service). Mgmt. needs to find some decent servers and chefs again, but in the meantime, DON'T GO!
