I was at pride and had already ate at another food truck when I saw the drink options at Banh Mi Roll Factory. The Thai tea was pleasant, it had just the right amount of sweetness. The winner of the two was the lime aid, it was really bitter but in a good way, it was refreshing to have on such a hot, humid rainy day. The guy who took my order was very friendly. Will definitely hit the truck up again for their tasty looking food options.

Hands down the best bahn mi in town…but be prepared to wait EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I don’t think they look at online orders until you walk in to pick up your food. Then you have to wait another half hour for a sandwich. They are very consistant in taking a good hour to get you a sandwich. I wouldn’t go back if it wasn’t just so good.

The only time I get to eat really good Vietnamese food is when my bff's mom makes it and invites me over. Thank goodness for this food truck! Their so good! When I have an incurable craving, I don't have to bribe them to make me something ?.
