Subway - Nashville

This Subway location is quite typical of the chain. It’s very convenient for those working in or passing through downtown. Although the lines can sometimes look a bit lengthy and daunting, the service is usually quick, and you’ll find yourself back on your way with minimal wait time.

We always enjoy visiting this place. Their chocolate cookies are absolutely irresistible. The staff prepared a perfect sandwich for us, and the food was fantastic. We also had a variety of sauces on our subs, which made them even better.

The new employees at this restaurant are extremely disrespectful. While Mr. Patel is a kind and generous individual, the newer staff who work during the lunch rush lack respect and are quite unpleasant. I cannot recommend this Subway to anyone, especially since there is another location just a couple of blocks away. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.

Not nice at all. Ordered meatball marinara didnt know it had 3 types of wheat in it and asked if i could get a different meat (i dont eat the bread) instead. She 1st said all their items had gluten in it. We got past that issue and she tried to give me 2 slices of turkey for a foot long. I pointed out that surely a footlong had more meat than that and she wanted to dispute that, i said well can i just get the money back. (I never left the store or their sight with the sandwich, i hadn't even unwrapped it). She said she couldn't do that (i understand that) but then she put more meat in the container. Another employee said she couldn't refund the money and that I was supposed to look up there on the marquee before i ordered to see what had gluten in it. I said the fact that there is different types of wheat flour in the meatballs is not listed on the marquee. It's a way to settle every disagreement, everone can be courteous.

Easily worst subway I?ve been to. Employees standing there, I?m waiting in line while no other customers are there, and I have to ASK to be helped. Out of so many items every time I?ve been in. Hate that this is the closest one to my work. Dislike this location and the employees so much.
