P.f. Chang's - Nashville

We were contacted to arrive in 15 minutes early to support their reservations. we have appeared and were 15 minutes after our original reservation time. we have re-established our plans to take place and then waited. server was slow, restaurant was half empty, they told us a sauce that is served in three main dishes is no longer served, so parts of the menu were not even available. no great experience.

For over two hours before the meal. restaurant focused more on going than patrons. a great experience.

We went to eat dinner dinner on holy evening and management made the decision to go the kitchen focus on ordering and leave the area waiting hours for our eating. we finally got nothing but early roll after 3 hours. we had a reservation at 6p and got no meal. the waitress was very sweet and apologise, but obviously she was not guilty. will not go back.

The Changs chicken has been awful our last 3 times in, dry and over cooked.

We did not wait very long to be seated so that was good. Servers were great. My wife's meal was very good, but the Chilean Sea Bass I had got me sick.
