Panera Bread - Nashville

I'm grown up to really love panera. the suppers are a constant visit for me. I had my first salate on the other day and was shocked how good it was. it was so fresh. so happy, good, healthy, fresh food with a drive thru.

If they are looking for fresh, high-quality food to work quickly and efficiently, do not look further than panera bread. they offer a large selection of food from sandwiches to suppers and much more. they will enjoy the high-quality ingredients they use, and they will rarely have to wait long to enjoy it. it is a bit more pricier than the surrounding offers, but the costs are justified when they consider how fast they get the best food served for them and their family. If I could afford it, I would come here every day.

Teriyaki bowl was great! Friend had chicken salad and said it was equally delicious!

I will preface this review by saying the food is always 5 and the staff is always very friendly and helpful but I have to only give 3 as my overall rating because EVERY SINGLE TIME I order from there, drove thru, online, in person, it doesn't matter, they never every give us everything we're supposed to get. They ALWAYS forget the crouton bag for the French onion soup, literally every single time. This last visit I asked for it and was told they're out today, fine, understandable, but how do you run out of something you never serve? And when you're out of something that is on the menu that comes with an item why are you communicating that to the customer at any time? I know it's insanity to continue to do the same things over and over expecting different results but it's not unreasonable to get all the items listed on the menu as part of your order.

Every sandwich had something missing, bathroom was disgusting, the whole place needed a cleaning. The agave lemonade was not looking so good in the tank as well. A shame because Panera is one of my favorite places but this location was pretty bad.
