Nashville General Store Bakery

We stopped by only to find the restaurant closed, with a "For Sale" sign out front. We were really disappointed, as we had visited this place ten years ago and were eager to return. If it’s permanently closed, the hours should be updated online and at the location.

The shop has a great selection of unique items. I tried the iced mint chocolate coffee, and it was delicious. My sister-in-law ordered the iced white chocolate caramel coffee, and she loved it too. They were quite busy during our visit. In addition to drinks, they also serve sandwiches, and you can enjoy your meal indoors or at picnic tables outside. I will definitely make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in Nashville, IN!

This is exactly the kind of breakfast I crave while traveling. My wife, our dog, and I stopped by this eatery at 9 AM, right when they opened, for a quick bite before heading out on a hike. We enjoyed our meal at one of the outdoor tables. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese on a biscuit, and everything about this sandwich was spot-on. The bacon was thick, crispy, and had a nice smoky flavor, while the biscuit was soft and buttery. The cheese was perfectly melted, and the fried egg was delightfully fluffy. I truly appreciate a straightforward breakfast that doesn’t overwhelm with too many flavors when a few high-quality ingredients are all you need. This focus on quality makes for an outstanding sandwich. We also tried the delicious cinnamon donut balls, which came with an apple butter spread. I highly recommend those, especially if you’re with friends who enjoy sweet treats. After breakfast, I went inside to explore the shop for a bit. If you’re a fan of Americana or themed antiques, you’ll likely find something you love there. Even if you don’t purchase anything, a quick stroll around the shop is a visual delight.

Great place for a quick breakfast or lunch. Sausage gravy and biscuits, french toast, bacon and sausage patty were all good. Inside or outside seating. You order and pay first. Foam plates and plasticware

Great prizes, scenic little place with cute decor inside - they feel like they are a meal home! I would like to go back and buy some of their salsas and hot sauces from the load. xoxo, is that ding on?
