Mallard's - Nashville

Just had a remodeling job. It looks great! We stopped by for the reopening. We had the cheese burger with turnip greens and fried chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans. The cheese burger was excellent with a nice chard crisp crunch on the outside and moist and juicy inside.The chicken had a nice crisp coating and was hot and tender inside. We always enjoy the catfish and cooked vegetables. The country breakfast is also a treat. Nice Omelets.

We went here for the first time. It was great. We are going to start going all the time. Lots of breakfast items, sandwiches, desserts. The owner and servers are exceptional. Please try it! Support local!

Great place but I have only been there once and it was super slow. I ordered a grilled ham and cheese with fries, good crinkle fries,and it was great but its not a hard meal to get right. My friend got a Philly cheese steak and he woul tell you the sandwich was very good but not very much like a philly. Servers are great and very helpful but the kitchen is super slow, took us 30m to get our food. Ill suggest it as a place to go but dont be in a hurry

The catfish was amazing. Nicely renovated. Friendly staff.
