Bidrage med feedbackLittle Mosko’s is a small place from the beaten path in an industrial campus. When we visited, Dynamit went to the construction site next door, which we did not love, but this is hardly the mistake of the restaurant and maybe, eating in a war zone is your thing! They definitely pass the strong, super good coffee test... even if only in paper cups that are a bummer when you eat. All her baked goods are 100% gluten that delights my gluten-free woman. We shared the carrot bread, which was super legit, delicious and fluffy, as a bread should be. (And we later got a peanut butter sea salt cookie because, honestly, when we were back in Nashville... This could be the only opportunity we ever had to have a second gluten-free baked good. It was worth buying. For our breakfast net, my wife has the avocado toast. This was served on gluten-free bread she thought was thick and tasty, with avocado, a fried egg plus pistachio dust, something green, and a sweet and spicy sauce that my wife loved. She could not finish everything in this case was a good sign about the dish and it is filling nature. I had the tacos breakfast, with avocado. I thought that was a pretty simple dish, prepared with egg, cheese and avocado on a tortilla. It tasted as you expected that these ingredients taste what was good, but it could have used more taste. The only further option was a bacon jam that I would certainly have the ante for this dish, but was not for me as a vegetarian. I would have liked a similar vegetarian option. My wife also mentioned the almond milk latte was not her favorite version of this drink. When we lived in Nashville, I am sure we come back to satisfy my wife's desire to be in a place, catering exclusively to her gluten-free diet. The baked goods and coffee are certainly worth the trip on their own.
This is the underestimated breakfast in Nashville. I came by one morning when Pinewood Social was inexplicably closed on a random Monday, and I'm glad I did. The food here is infinitely better than Pinewood, there was no food poisoning like Sun Diner, I don't feel like a Roach will crawl on my plate like in Hermitage Cafe, and I don't have to spend $25 like Kitchen Notes. If you want a damn good breakfast while supporting local small businesses, check out this place!
That was probably the first veggie sandwich I ever had, which was worth the price I paid for. It was DELICIOUS. Everything tasted fresh, and it was all combined with care. The cortado was perfect and they had simple syrup to put in your coffee. There are free parking on the street. Simple, simple, delicious breakfast with nice people. Very recommended!
Stop to get my wife a gluten-free sandwich and bakery goodies for her birthday. AMAZING! What a find. The homemade gluten-free bread and bakery where the best we had in Nashville. The sandwiches are fantastic and the service was fast and friendly. Very recommended.
I work nearby and eat here several times a week. The sandwiches are outstanding. Great bread, high quality ingredients, great flavor. Breakfast is top notch (don't skip the bacon tacos) and the cookies and banana bread are well worth the trip. The owners and the employees are always welcoming and kind, it's a joy to eat here!
