Lipscomb Dining - Nashville

What a spread of large grill and fried foods (fried okra, mini-maishunde, Hush puppies, steakries, wings) salad bar pizza and ice cream. The ICC Convention enjoyed the offers at the Bison Cafe for its 2022 ICON event.

To be honest, the caviar was a standout. The Chinese dishes tonight included generously sized egg rolls and hearty breakfast omelets. Additionally, I received a fortune cookie that read: “A secret admirer will soon send you a sign of affection.” I’m not sure what that means or who it might be from, but I appreciate the encouraging message. I’d give it a star for the food, especially since the veggies were cooked well, but it’s still worth checking out Bison Cafe!

The food is decent, but there are times when it can be quite disappointing. However, given that it's a college cafeteria, that's to be expected. The atmosphere is enjoyable.

There's been a positive change in this buffet. I was a bit let down that, despite the name, they don't actually serve buffalo meat.
