Kitchen Notes - Nashville

Service was very good. However, the food was very underwhelming. Ordered the patty melt which was cooked to the texture of a microwave Salisbury steak. The acclaimed egg salad dressing was also not something I would recommend, which I only ordered because the blue cheese dressing was actually a Bleu cheese dip . All this being said. It was on par from what I would expect from a corporate hotel chain feeding the masses of tourists and convention warriors.

Reopen review. Food quality and service severely lacking. The website says make a reservation, but when you call they say they aren't taking reservations. No buffet. Significantly reduced menu. Portions are small, prices are exorbitant. Quality and flavor on par with a Denny's at 2am. Understaffed. Waiter had at least six tables. Never checked on us after dropping off food. Went to pay and was never asked about experience or food. Eventually spoke with a manager, he saidit's only their 3rd day open. Otherwise he didn't care. Was going to wait until I got home to write review, but have been waiting 20+ minutes for my car. Seriously, don't waste your time and money.

I came to Thanksgiving dinner with friends. we started out from the regular menu and net from the thanksgiving. the deviled eggs were good, but the fried green tomatoes were somewhat cut to thin. the net was quite good for a prefabricated holiday dinner and we enjoyed both the delicate bark meat and the damp, well made truthahn. the bananenpudding we had for dessert met with a caramel layer on the square.

The first time at kitchen notes and I will definitely add it to my lists. we had a meeting there and they served a biscuitable one that was amazing. buttermilk, mac n cheese, nashville chicken, brisket and pumpkincuits were served with various butters, jams and sauces. I would say that were some of the best cookies in nashville! seriously. the menu looked fantastic and they have an amazing brunch. full service bar also! can not wait to go back and have brunch! easy parking also at the omni!

In the lobby of the omni hotels. biscuit is good while eating is waiting. people are nice and eat is very nice for brunch.
