This blonde lady that works here (pretty sure she’s one of the supervisors or managers) is the most uncharismatic person ever.It’s 2023 and they still don’t have Apple Pay which is a huge miss on their end, and they used to have pupcups and told us “they were out” on that day, but are actually now considering to “discontinue” them (and she tells you that with a nasty laugh and 0 apology while you’re there with your dog who’s best behave and makes everyone else in the store smile besides her).I have lived in this neighborhood for 2.5 years and recently this place has given me nothing but bad vibes.I’m 9months pregnant and since they don’t have Apple Pay I used to just read them my cc number and suddenly they can’t do that anymore so here I am waiting in line for 20mins for a decaf coffee just for them to tell me I can’t get anything without a physical card — OK, now I know but how about you still offer me a coffee for free after I waited for so long and I’ll pay you next time ?No sense of customer service.

Killebrew Coffeeshop Great Coffee and Outstanding Service!During a recent business trip, I visited Killebrew Coffeeshop in search of a good morning coffee. Despite the long line, the service was quick and efficient. I also had the pleasure of trying their outstanding ginger molasses cookie, which was a real treat. The latte I ordered was very well made and hit the spot.What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff was able to handle a group of unruly party guests while still providing great service to the rest of us. The customer service at Killebrew is truly top notch.I would highly recommend Killebrew Coffeeshop to anyone in the area looking for a great cup of coffee and exceptional customer service.

This was a classy little coffee shop attached to a very ritzy hotel. I got a Flat White and it just tasted like a coffee with cream. Not amazing but still coffee. Probably wouldn't go back because it is out of my league.Food: 3/5
