Kfc - Nashville

That's absolutely the worst thing I've ever had. not only that they lie to us over a menu item, but the dame was rude and screamed with their headset to someone else when they took out the order. also I will attach a picture of a sign that says they have a mac and cheese bowl. if she lies and said they don't sell her.

We arrived around 8:35 pm and was told that their was no chicken and that their was a 22 min wait on chicken. I asked for a chicken sandwich instead and the employee informed me that there wasn't any. So I asked If they had chicken wings she said no. So I decided to wait. For an order of wings. If this was because of a lack of employees or lack of food I would understand but from what I could see that wasn't the case. I asked if they still gave courtesy drinks for waiting and she said no. Again i was ok. What I wasn't ok with was getting the wings 25 minutes later and they were cold...this was not good business at all. Very disappointing.

Even though it's in a rough area and a beat up location ... The food is always fresh made properly and delicious !! Staff have always been courteous and pleasant !! No complaints or bad visits thus far !!! Will continue to frequent this location

I ordered a beverage eimete that contains a 12-piece meal. I ordered limonade who was one of the choices. When I reached the window, I was informed that there was no limonade ready. I answered that I should have said that if I had ordered them, they did not answer. in the background was an older member seeking the personal as if she asked me to ask what I ordered. the end result was that I remained very dissatisfied, the makkaroni and cheese were not good and the mais was dried out. I paid almost $35 for a meal I wasn't satisfied with. I would have had a better experience to visit the bun of the church. I see why the chicken of the church has long stretched on the road and they are cheaper.

Came around 9pm employee stated they only had chicken wings and fries!!! Saw five people pull off how you run a business like this
