Kfc - Nashville

The pot pie was excellent, but the macaroni was mushy, likely from overcooking or being kept under a heat lamp for too long. The chicken tenders were also on the older side.

The staff was unfriendly and barely audible due to terrible audio quality. I also noticed that they no longer provide biscuits. The prices are excessively high, making it impossible to afford a meal for a family.

Around 5 pm I tried to get a 12 piece meal, apparently they only had six pieces left.so they told me no, I could only get six pieces. Seriously lol. Couldn't believe they run a restaurant like that.

Wish I could give them a no stars. Ordered one simple meal with 3 sides. They said they were out of Mac n cheese. So my husband said he'd be back. He gave them the time they said it would take to make some more. When he got back, it was thesame.....we're out. Ok. Just substitute with mp. Comes with 3 sides. They put 2 in there and no biscuits. This meal with 8 pc ofchicken and 2 sides only costs 27. I called to get a refund. No answer. For over an hour...no answer. My husband said theemployees were rude and acted as if you were bothering them.

I recently tried a chicken sandwich at this restaurant and was highly disappointed. The sandwich was extremely tough and appeared to have been sitting under a heat lamp for days. It was so unappetizing that I couldn't even take a bite, as I was afraid I would break my teeth trying. This experience was disgusting and I have no intention of returning to this establishment.
