Bidrage med feedbackIf there was opulence, scrumptious, extremely satisfying gratifying filled experience you need to come here. The chef is absolute word-class with her ingredients and selective choice of the menu, creating a blend of flavors, spices and pure aroma of heaven. I came with my good friend and business partners for dinner and the food was unreal; exceeded expectations.
This hidden gem is a must try. Nestled on a cozy corner in Green Hills, the ambiance was inviting, elegant and relaxing. The wait staff was very accommodating and friendly. The duck sausage and ganache appetizer melded flavors of mango with side salsas and created a dance for the senses. We enjoyed an espresso panna cotta for dessert which donned merengue cookies, pistachios and crème. The menu has something for everyone and can be modified to suit your needs. (Alllergies, etc. My husband is a chef with a background in French and Latin cuisine and we were both impressed with the melange of textures and flavors. The food is a work of art and the entire culinary experience was an unexpected delight. Etc. is now one of our favorites in Nashville.
Server was entertaining and not overly friendly like some can be. Food amazing as well as atmosphere. A girlfriend get together and we all said…. Why don’t we come here more often! We will all be back soon. A Nashville gem!
NYE dinner at etc. was amazing. Our meal was delicious and the service was attentive but not intrusive. We love the atmosphere at etc. and can't wait to visit again.
The food was amazing!! Deb always delivers with flavors ! My husbands fried potato salad was the star of the night. Such a novel idea and so delicious! The wine pairings were also wonderful. The only down side was where we were seated. We had an early reservation and there were many open tables. The hostess seated us right next to another couple when it would have been possible to separate us. This was not as pleasant as it could have been considering there was plenty of room for all. It would have been more fun to enjoy my husband’s company instead of listening to the other couple all night. I didn’t want to make an issue of it but for future training I would suggest trying to separate the couples on the wall as you walk in if possible.
