Chipotle Mexican Grill - Nashville

Were charged for chips (online ordering), brought to the restaurant, and was then told by the employee who did not want to be there (no eye contact even made and super exasperated and sassy), ? We are handed over from chips? and half hearty my bag. I was still calculated for the chips and the page of Mais Salsa! I ordered my bowl with steak, white rice, black beans, extra corn salsa and extra cheese. As the picture shows, I received only steak, rice and a very good amount of cheese. The date is 16. October 2022, the time was 9:05 of order, these employees should be fired. Really embarrassment. I also have no side of Mai's salsa, so literally only three of the things I ordered. Simply in unbelief, and will go to the other place, I don't care about the distance, it will be worth for better treatment than I was given tonight!

I wanted to try the new GG Steak bowl so we went to this location today at 10:30am. The new steak bowl meal is good, but not $11.65 good compared to the $8.80 carnitas bowl. I?m likely one and done on the new GG Steak bowl. What garnered the two star rating was the unnecessarily rude demeanor of the girls working here today. They failed to give me the cup for my drink and acted like I was a thief for filling the same sized cup I brought in. So, there won?t be a second time for me with the new GG Steak bowl or a second visit to this particular location. There are too many other good options to eat at to put up with rude employees.

The staff at this Chipotle are rude. The staff needs serious management and direction. Food was not prepared making people wait. They were withholding reasonable portions because of the wait for food. People were mad. The restaurant was dirty. I'll never go back to this location.

Twice I?ve ordered delivery from this location in the past week because I have the app, it?s quick and I was running too late to make a lunch. Both times my order was wrong. First time I was missing items and even though on the delivery instructions I put the name of my work she couldn?t find me and my food was 20 minutes late. Then because of the first issue corporate gave me a BOGO reward so I used it. My burrito was perfect and wasn?t missing items but today at home I went to reheat the burrito bowl and it was full of corn salsa but my order said mild tomato salsa, as did the sticker on the lid. So now I?ve had to contact corporate again. I live in Murfreesboro and the location here never messes up so not sure where the disconnect is at this one. I?m not going back. For how much they charge now there shouldn?t be these kinds of mistakes.

I ordered a burrito and a bowl for my wife and I. The kids preparing the food were being pushed pretty hard by the manager, but teens need that in a work environment. They did a good job with the preparation, and we?re relatively kind for teens. Did everything I asked, and the Food was fresh and delicious. Better than some other locations I?ve been to. Idk why the other reviews are so bad, this place was PACKED on a Thursday for lunch, and they did a good job.
