Captain D's - Nashville

The service was fine. The food was horrible. Fish was soggy, fries were cold had a funky taste the slaw was warm brown. It?s bad enough that the meal was $10, but made worse in that it was thrown in the trash.

I stopped at this location yesterday and my food was cold and my fish was burnt. The service is not really great at this location and when I called to report the issue I keep getting a fax machine. I?ve gotten cold food from this location before and had my food replaced. Also whoever took my order was rude and had a hoodie on and it?s almost 100 degrees here. I gave this place 1 star because I couldn?t give them 0. They seriously need new management or maybe a new crew I went through the drive thru. How do I contact corporate?

This the second time and it was terrible.corn old and burnt. I got the photo..I had a 3pc fish meal. 1pc was fresh the other cold and the sweet tea was old. Very bitter. Just sad to take ppl money like that. Smh.

Currently at the restaurant, here for a pick up. The employee at the drive thru looked me in the eye and informed me that someone had already picked up my order. Extremely convenient. I would give negative stars if possible. Truly disappointing.

It was DELICIOUS ????. THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED BUT THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND ASKED IF I MIND WAITING A MINUTE BECAUSE THEY HAD 3 ORDERS OF 10 PIECES OF FISH ???? FAMILY PLATTERS. I SAID NO I DIDN'T MIND WAITING...THEY COOKED EVERY THING RIGHT THEN, AND EVERYTHING WAS HOT AND FRESH. GREAT JOB GUYS.
