Butchertown Hall - Nashville

This is a great restaurant in an out of the way location. The ambiance is excellent. The service was quick and friendly. The only thing that was a bit odd is that they did not have any soda options at all.

Normally, I have enjoyed the food. I always order the brussel sprouts. However, about two weeks ago I ordered the brussel sprouts to go. They were very salty as if the salt shaker had accidentally falling in it.I had to throw them out. I called them to let them know left a voicemail. I did not hear back from anyone. A few days later, I followed up, spoke with the hostess explained about my food. She said she would have the manager call me back. And still no one followed up. The customer service lacked in this situation and has turned me off from dining there. It will be awhile before I return. If you can take my money for a service you can acknowledge when the service falls short as well.

You wont know how good the food is from the deceptively modest menu descriptions. For example, I doubt you've had broccoli this good. I could go on......

Loved this restaurant. Came here with family and it was perfect. The service was impeccable, and the waitress was very helpful with the menu. The drinks were great and they had a wide variety. The food was also really good and we liked the sharing options for the table. Will definitely be back. Would love to come back on a nice day to try the patio too.
