Service is decent. Food can be hit or miss with how hot it is. It's either super fresh or you can tell it's been sitting out for a little while but still not terrible. You will usually have to wait a little while too but I don't fault them on this becausethey're all working just as hard as they can I don't know if they're short staffed or not, so still be patient with thembecause they're still there trying to service you.

I figured out who had taken our order; she was wearing an earbud in her right ear and had long dreadlocks. This made me a bit uneasy, as the earbud could easily fall into the food, which is quite unprofessional. This occurred on October 21st around 7:30 PM. We ordered a chicken sandwich along with two wings and two legs. I really hope someone talks to that young lady before an incident occurs and her earbud ends up in someone’s meal. On a positive note, the food was good, and our interaction with the manager at the drive-thru window was pleasant.

My wife ordered a two-piece chicken dinner, and when the server brought the tray to us, he noticed that one of the pieces didn't look right and took it back. He replaced it with a better one. I really appreciate the server's attention to detail, and we will definitely return.

This restaurant has a tendency to close earlier than stated! I've encountered this issue several times. Tonight, I hoped for a change when I arrived at 9:40 PM, but unfortunately, they were already closed despite their advertised closing time. I even called ahead to confirm that they close at 10 PM.

Me and my husband enter into this is to dine we proceeded to the register in which 3 of the employee's was playing and laughing then the 2 was at the register wouldn't take our order we stood for a few minutes I walked out because it was rude andunprofessional they needed to learn better customers services. I spoke to the manager and he try to justify there behavior it'swrong and disrespectful. That's not the first time this has happen and we don't appreciate it so I take my business else wherebecause I don't have to tolerate ignorance.
