Bidrage med feedbackWhen the waiter finally arrived, it took him five minutes to bring us water. We asked for bread, but he informed us that it was still baking and would be ready soon. I also requested lemons for my water, which he repeatedly forgot to bring. Eventually, another waiter delivered the lemons, but after ten minutes, we still hadn't seen our waiter again or received any bread. Fifteen minutes later, our waiter returned to take our order. Once again, we inquired about the bread, and he said it was still cooking. At 5:40 PM, we watched as he promptly took the order of a couple seated next to us and brought them water and bread within two minutes of their arrival. It was frustrating to see how well they were treated while we were ignored. My partner called the waiter back to ask why they had received their bread and we had not. He dismissively claimed the bread was still cooking and walked away. My partner went to find management to express our concerns about the poor service we were receiving, but management offered no assistance since the waiter continued to ignore us. We ordered crab cakes, a Caesar salad, four-cheese ravioli, and filet mignon with asparagus and mashed potatoes. By 6:05 PM, we finally received our bread and appetizers. Unfortunately, my crab cakes were undercooked, with a mushy texture reminiscent of hospital food. My partner's Caesar salad lacked the dressing. When we voiced these concerns to our waiter, he was rude and ignored us again. My partner sought out management yet again to address our issues. He explained that he is a chef at Hall’s Chophouse and expressed that this was not an acceptable way to treat customers. However, management walked away while he was speaking. Throughout the meal, we kept asking for straws for our water, but the waiter was uncooperative, retorting that we didn't really need them. I insisted that I did, but he still refused. Eventually, management came over and tossed the straws at us before leaving. This was by far the worst service we've ever encountered. After leaving Maggiano’s, we decided to dine at Hall’s Chophouse instead. We will not be returning to any Maggiano's locations, and this is not our first experience with poor service here; we faced the same issues on Father’s Day earlier this year, in June 2024.
It is one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to. We always come here, for lunch or dinner, when in Nashville. However this visit we had a birthday party in one of the rooms downstairs. The service was great and the servers were wonderful.
I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. The food is outstanding, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I will definitely be back for another meal!

This Italian restaurant is truly one of the finest dining experiences in the United States. The ambiance was outstanding, and I felt like royalty throughout my visit. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Nataly and Noel for making our first experience truly unforgettable. My wife is currently undergoing cancer treatment, and we had just come from the hospital after one of her sessions. She expressed a craving for Italian food, so I searched online for the top-rated Italian restaurants in Nashville and chose this one. Your restaurant made us both feel incredibly special. Thank you once again for providing us with such a wonderful experience and for treating us like family. Seeing her smile and witnessing her joyful food dance truly brightened my heart and soul. #PureJoy #HappinessIsContagious
