Bidrage med feedbackIf I could not sit staring, it would still not describe how terrible this restaurant is. we decided to drive. we waited for 15 minutes for our food, but not until we have seen the personal to hand our order to another car. the car has tried to touch all our food. when the mistake was detected, the employee tried to give us the food. we refused and asked to betray it again. it took 3 minutes to complete our new food. if it takes 15 minutes to make the first job, why at once it would only be 3 minutes in the second time. when we asked the employee, the manager cried out her head from the running gear through the window and cried that it was always new. at this point we decided to take the food. both burgerspatties were black carburized. the pommes were old. when one knows that another person was the hands over the fries, the entire meal made it impossible. Don't go here!
If you order door dash through here, just know that your food is going to be left on a metal counter after it’s been sitting there for God knows how long, unsealed, losing heat.So if you like cold McDonald’s; definitely go here.The girl that runs the store hates door dashers and shes only there to make her numbers look good. She clears things from the screen before making them. I’ve visually watched her so it.It’s so bad I filed a complaint with door dash.
Kudos to the manager on duty around 2:45pm on Sat September 3, 2022 at the 3 Northeastern Blvd, Nashua, NH 03062 store. I was in the area to move all day and I stopped here for lunch. While I ordered at the kiosk, I heard the manager directing her staff through several issues at once with which all restaurant managers these days are famaliar being under staffed, trying not to let customers down, planning breaks, and sudden call outs. I prepared myself for a long wait, which was welcome seeing how I was exhausted from moving. When my orange juice was served to me in less than a minute, I was pretty grateful. Moving for 4 hours straight makes you pretty thirsty. Then when the manager came to serve me my meal 30 seconds later I was impressed beyond words. We chatted briefly but I didnt catch her name because I didnt want to intrude on their flow, but I really wanted to leave this review the whole time I was eating because I was so glad I stopped here. She was 100% in the zone, knew exactly how to steer the ship, and managed her staff with excellence all while under the enormous pressure that only other restaurant leadership can seem to appreciate these days. Please be kind to our restaurant workers! Even if there is a wait, you still have your food faster and with less effort than if you had to shop for groceries, cook and clean up! : 10 star service, and the food was fresh. I hope she gets promoted soon, what a star!!!
There was a staff member that was so unprofessional I felt scared.I thought that there was going to be a fight break out, between a staff member and incoming couple…that seemed to know each other…(I think the other female worked there)I had a scary feeling that the argument at the cashiers counter was going to escalate further then a verbal searing match and threats. This establishment is extremely unprofessional and scary!Customer beware- the Drive-through should be your only option…. If eating there is your ONLY option!!!!
Pulled into the drive through. I was the first car in my lane and watched as cars pulled in after me and into the other lane and ordering before me. They kept taking the order from the other lane while I sat there and waited for almost 10 min. The sign said both lanes were open. I had cars behind me and my order was never taken. I tried to call and it said the called party was unavailable. Not the first bad experience at this McDonald’s. I’ll never stop there again. The absolute worst fast food test I’ve ever experienced. Management needs to be changed asap!
