Sweetfrog Premium Frozen Yogurt

Awful smell in there todayLast time I went the bathrooms were filthy so I’m assuming that was the smell. Smelled like sour milk and/ or pee.Dirty floors and the walls underneath the ice cream machines are dirty too. Today was my last time coming here.If the front of the store looks like this I don’t wanna know what the back looks like.

We love Sweet Frog. But more often than not multiple flavors are either out of froyo or not working. The topping selection is great and the staff is friendly but I took away 2 starts because the last 3 times I visited there were more machines not working than were working.

Expensive softserve ice cream. Not sure it is yogurt.

I was so excited for fro-yo but man the minute you walk into the shop the stench of rotten milk hits you in the face. Floors are sticky and smeared in dried up fro-yo. The tables and chairs needed a good wipe down and the drip trays were full to the brim. Ate as quickly as possible and left. Been to other locations and this one is just very disappointing

Staff was very nice, but the frozen yogurt itself is very sweet. It’s basically ice cream. I’d suggest going to yogurtland, but there isn’t one in the area so this place is okay.Vegetarian options: Most flavors have milk.Parking: Tons of space in parking lot.
