Jet's Pizza

I've been visiting the Berry location since I was a child, and I've always had great experiences there. However, this particular location was a huge disappointment in comparison. I requested extra cheese, but it didn't look or taste like there was any extra cheese at all, and the pizza was burnt. I've never encountered burnt pizza at Mama's before, no matter which location I've visited.

The pizza was tasty; however, I won't order the salad again. It was mostly made up of lettuce cores.

I'm not usually a fan of pizza, but Mama's Pizza is absolutely amazing.

When I went in there were dead roaches behind the counter.

C’mon. Let’s try a little bit here. Lunch today at this location was terrible! I was asked when I paid at the counter if I had any requests for a certain pizza, so I obliged and told them what I like. “It’s on the way” is what I was told as in it’s being made to order. 30 minutes later and 3 stale slices down, I go up and ask where the pizza went and they don’t even remember asking me. After telling them not to worry about it, the staff insist on sending one out to at least rotate the old stuff that’s been sitting out. Now I felt obligated to stick around and eat a couple slices since I brought it up again. After another 20 minutes of sitting around with my thumb up my a& and still no pizza, I just got up and left. Unbelievable.
