Pärl - Narva

My new favorite place Loved everything, design, staff, choice of food. Eat yourself, atmosphere. Doesn't look especially outside (like most places in Narva), but it's worth visiting even if you're going through. Parking is free opposite. Don't do it. PS Try the mint Cacao! I can die for it!

Amazing food and beer at an affordable price. The service was also great. I was here for dinner two days in a row.
