Great hotel with double beds only This hotel is lovely, very clean and tidy rooms, our dealing with staff showed very professional and great people. Only problem is: the beds across this hotel apparently are DOUBLE BEDs only! We had booked Deluxe Queen Room , but the bed on it was a DOUBLE bed! We slept 1st night felt the bed is tight, I 've had a bad back from a recent incident so I wake up and move at night. In the morning I got a measuring meter that I have in the car, measured the bed, turned out I was right the bed was just under 140cm wide (standard queen bed is roughly 155cm wide in Au). I went to the reception, reported this, the gentleman at the reception said all the beds across the property are the same size, but I could not believe they would only have double beds while having sold us a queen room, so I asked if he can upgrade our room, and he did. So I went and checked the bed size in the upgraded room, olala! the same ~140cm wide bed! So I turned back to the reception, reported to the gentleman that he was right about the beds size, and this must be the company who is being dishonest. I did not want to cause additional cleaning fees to the hotel (I sympathise they are just a business) so I declined going to an upgraded room that has the same size bed anyway, I asked the reception gentleman to leave us back in the original room and he kindly did change back swipe cards. So travelers be aware, if double bed is too small for you stay away from this property! Otherwise the place is very good, they have complimentary carpark which is great.

The hotel may not meet the standards of Best Western, but it is acceptable for the price. The rooms are old-fashioned. Rooms: 2 Service: 3 Location: 2.

Mostly unattended reception- had to search for someone to check in. Breakfast was a let down. Took ages to replenish anything and coffee machine was broken . The bar had a coffee machine but even on asking no complimentary coffee was offered. Will give this one a miss next time Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 2
