Tonight they got our order wrong (again), and after spending $85, a ruined meal and a 20 minute drive to resolve the issue, they refused to take ownership for the error. Considering we’ve been going there since they’ve been there, that’s just too big a slap in the face for us to ever go back.

I rarely get take away as struggling to make ends meet. Excited to get my favourite meal, duck in plum sauce. It was horrible! Duck over cooked (burnt dry). Extremely disappointed, will never eat there again.

Just had our dinner at this Ocean Palace Chinese restaurant with my family. They have lousy chef that cook lousy food. Quality of the prawn used was also not fresh. And feedback is not appropriated.The chef simply add salt to the dishes. They just tasted salty , no flavor at all. When we gave our feedback to the counter staff (not sure if she is the owner of the restaurant), her attitude was BAD. We noticed that she felt offended . Be extra careful: FEEDBACK IS STRONGLY NOT WELCOME HERE. THIS CHINESE RESTAURANT IS STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED . There is a good Thai restaurant nearby.
