Tully's Coffee Narita Airport Terminal 1 North Wing Shop

I order a grande Uji Macha latte It cost ¥560 cause take out It taste really good but the portion of grande is too small

I ordered a hot dog with a sauce on it. It was different but good. The Cafe Mocha was absolutely one of the best I've had. The service was relatively quick and they got busy fast. I enjoyed my food and my coffee. I would return here to sample some more of their items. I found the staff to be very nice and kept customers from jumping the line.

Decent coffee, but the cashier was rude. They covered all the trash cans when there are still customers needing dispose used cups. Very un-japanese manner.

Barista refused contactless and card payments, only wanted cash as a payment option. Coffee was nice and hot the way I like it but the barista gave my coffee without a sleeve and when I asked for a sleeve, she gave me one that didn't fit a grande cup then ignored me and walked away. The barista didn't seem like she had any desire to work and it felt like she was just there for a paycheck. Didn't get her name but if you go to the T1 North Wing Tully's and there's a mildly obese cross eyed Japanese woman there, just leave because the service will be poor. The service at the T1 South Wing Tully's was exceptionally better, this review does not negate the excellent service I have received at Tully's over the years.
