Soild food. i had the fish and chips, three generous fish portions cooked well, a little oily, but not too bad. fries were really salty. wife had the shepherds pie, i tasted it, it was good. others in my party said the place is still the same as it was 20 and 30 years ago when they were in college and that the food has been consistently good. so if you have been doing something well for several decades that must be a good sign.

Very enjoyable family restaurant pub, with an old Irish flavor, the meals are absolutely delicious old kitchen flavor, highly recommended the shepherd's pie. ABSOLUTEY MOUTHWATERING. Waiting staff is extremely friendly and I will definitely come back. Six stars if I could., Yummy??

My favorite bar, my favorite people ? This is like home away from home. I can’t explain the vibe in here, but it always feels so welcoming. Aileen is the best.
