The service was quick, and the food was served fresh and hot.

I have to wait an hour and fifteen minutes for my order… never coming back!!!!

Over employed. Most staff are not really doing anything but waste time.

Last week my son got married and he ordered $106 worth of food for his groomsmen. I went to pick it up and the manager told me they didn't have the order. She didn't seem to care and made no effort to address the problem or help me out, she just walked away and did other things. I finally ordered the food and paid myself for food that was already ordered and paid for. When it was done, she didn't apologize nor did she say thank you. I was truly amazed by her apathy and incompetence. I wouldn't go back to that McDonalds if someone paid me.
