Unhelpful and unfriendly. They do not seem to care about anyone who is a Tourist. We came here because the place looks appealing from the street with their big dessert display. No Welcome, hello or thank you or acknowledgement that you exist. The staff is behind the counter and just ignores you when you are next even though they just served the Italian patrons...since staring at them doesn 't work I had to resort to waving at them while maintaining eye contact. Once you have their attention they give you the pastries but they don 't tell you which of the registers to go to. Wait in line at one register where the Italian customers get quick service. When it was my turn the cashier just stands there looking down instead of at me for a noticable amount of time while I 'm literally holding the plates up so she can see them... Looks up, doesn 't acknowledge anything... the turns around, jokingly talks to another staff member then finally lets me pay. No acknowledgement other than a price. We go to sit down and eat at a table like the other patrons but was told NO! you cannot sit down inside these tables are not for the bakery, but everyone else who was before got to sit down there and they didn 't order any coffee. Ended up eating outside on the dirty tables. Disappointing Tiramisu and pastries. Would bot recommend.

Very good Gelato but the staff need to be friendlier as they were very stand offish. The coffee was also good but that’s pretty standard in Naples.

Non metto in dubbio la qualità dei prodotti, ma l'estrema lentezza dei dipendenti è davvero esasperante. Forse sono troppo impegnati, forse c'è carenza di personale.
