Bidrage med feedbackThere was only one unfortunate thing about this visit not trying the pizza! From our seats we could see them being made, being flung into the oven and then being delivered to the tables still flaming hot. Next time tho! I had the gnocchi, with Parmesan and tomato sauce. Well worth the deviation away from the pizza. Such a generous but not oversized portion, lovely temperature and just delicious. THANK YOU! The complimentary bread with the dish was also delicious, so tasty and a great way of not wasting any sauce.
Vomiting: Please avoid this place. A Dreadful Experience at Mattozzi Pizzeria: Rude Owner and Dilapidated Setting Rating: Zero stars if possible I recently had the misfortune of visiting Mattozzi Pizzeria, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped foot in the establishment, I was greeted by a shabby and dilapidated setting that was a clear sign of neglect. The ambiance was as inviting as a haunted house, with flickering lights and worn-out furniture that seemed on the verge of collapse. However, the real horror began when I encountered the owner, whose discourtesy knew no bounds. The staff was equally menacing, with an attitude that made me feel genuinely intimidated. It was as if they took pleasure in making customers uncomfortable. To add insult to injury, when I dared to request a simple modification to my pizza, the owner exploded with anger and refused to accommodate my request. I merely asked for the pizza to be cut into slices, a reasonable and customary practice in any pizzeria. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner rudely spat out that it was against their policy and threw a tantrum. It was utterly absurd and unprofessional. Feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome, I decided to abandon the idea of eating there and requested a refund for the pizza. Even this simple act turned into a battle, with the owner begrudgingly returning my money with a sneer of contempt. The whole experience left me feeling disgusted and deeply regretful for choosing to dine at Mattozzi Pizzeria. In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was at Mattozzi Pizzeria. The shabby surroundings, along with the owner's rude behavior and the menacing demeanor of the staff, made me feel unwelcome and intimidated. It's disheartening to witness such appalling customer service in a supposedly reputable establishment. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this pizzeria at all costs, as there are far better options available few metres away that offer both quality food and respectful treatment to their customers
The location of thw restaurant is good. And cheaper compared to other restaurants around. Pizza is ok. Like everywhere else
We were today me and my paolo wife and we ate linguine of the chef and smugged for crazy water, excellent dishes and beautiful the owner. by torino
Good pizza, service and horrid appetizer. Me and my boyfriend ordered a mixed appetizer, two pizzas and a 1/2 of wine. in the appetizer the wedges were raw seeds and instead of 1/2 of the house as written in the menu comes a 1/4. we asked for explanations and the answer was that the little wine is so. After dinner we asked for coffee and bill and we had to wait almost 30 minutes, we asked and the waiter, first mentioned yes with the head then turned towards the colleague and continues to talk about the facts to them. I give 3 stars only for pizza is not the best, but it was not mle. If I had to vote all the other 1 stars would be generous.
