Cuori Di Sfogliatella - Napoli

The staff were not so friendly, probably because they were very busy. Cannoli was very average, and not nearly as good as in Sicily. But lemon granita was big and tasty.

This chain Neapolitan pastry shop is named after a famous pastry popular in the province of Campania. Sfogliatella means small, thin leaf/layer , and cuori clearly means hearts . However, the girl on the wall sprinkled with coffee beans causes a greater appetite. In combination with excellent espresso and cakes, a wonderful pastry shop turns out.

I had a chocolate torte piccole this evening after dinner. It was a short walk from hotel, and the desert was delicious.
