The restaurant is quite lovely, has great service, and the overall experience is excellent.

I've visited Watermark several times, and the food has never let me down. However, tonight was exceptional. I truly believe that a restaurant's success hinges on its servers, and Rob made our experience delightful. He was attentive, humorous, and perfectly in tune with our needs—always present but never intrusive. While I was packing up my delicious chicken Marsala leftovers, I mentioned I wished I had more sauce. To my surprise, he promptly disappeared and returned with extra sauce. It was a thoughtful gesture that truly reflected the restaurant's high standards. Watermark is not just a great place to eat; it’s a class act overall.

I had a late dinner with some friends, and we were fortunate to have Rachel as our server. She really made us feel welcome with her friendly demeanor and warm smiles, turning our dinner into the highlight of our entire vacation. The food and drinks were excellent, but Rachel was the true star of the night. Incredible, incredible, incredible!

The food was excellent but on the pricey side, although the atmosphere was fantastic. The only dish that was a letdown was the Chicken Marcela. The service was outstanding, especially considering we were a party of six. It wasn't very crowded when we visited in April 2023.

Dinner was fabulous. Best with the bride appetizer....can have been a dessert it was so delicious. I had the coconut yarn that was excellent. Dessert was a carrot cake that we shared and worth the calories. Our server was Ashley. Recommend the Watermark Grille.
