Terrazza The Ritz-carlton, Naples

Very, very, very disappointed…. Why??? It wasn’t Bites!!! It was a different restaurant with a different menu!!! No notification that it was a different restaurant… I should have been notified by OPEN TABLE!!! Or The Ritz… Not a happy camper…will not be going back!!

Everything was very good but we were disappointed in the menu. Having experienced the Bites menu over the years we we disappointed at the new menu.

Unfortunately, Bites, which we have enjoyed in Christmases past, was disappointing last night. The service was poor, even though the restaurant was never more than half full. The menu has changed for the worse, from genuine bites to some appetizers and a stab at full and expensive entrees. When the entrees finally came, they had been overcooked. Perhaps on a heating tray too long. We then gave up on dissert.

Disappointingly no longer small bites. Now a limited menu of not very interesting dishes.

We had an amazing time with great friends. Always look forward to seeing the gingerbread house and tree
