We arrived at 6:00 as a party. There were around 8-10 customers in the restaurant, mostly at the bar. We sat immediately and our order was taken over by a friendly server. A member of our party ordered an appetizer and was informed 25min later, it was not available. He ordered another appetizer and received it in time. 3 of us received our orders approx. 45 min after order. 10 minutes later, the rest of us received our orders, one of which was the wrong taste of the wings and one missing an ala-cart side article. 20 minutes later he received his correct order of the wings and the other member the page that was missed. At that time, he asked for a box for his wings, as we were all finished eating and ready to leave in the restaurant after 1.5 hours. It wasn't a busy weekend night, it was a Tuesday. The problem I have with all the above problems is that the manger never came and apologises for dysfunctional service caused by the kitchen. That was left to the friendly server that had nothing to do with the problems. At least they could have ordered the order for my employee who left with his wing box after a 13-hour shift. I take my role as a Google reviewer seriously and rely on it when out of town. In addition, I usually do not leave a bad review unless I visit a location twice because each restaurant can have a discount? Night. There is no excuse for these many mistakes and no manager who has the courtesy to take a minute to look over and apologize for this kind of service. We all spent an average of $30 and tapped the server well anyway.

Last Tuesday at 2:30. 1 server was extremely busy managing the bar, inside and terrace area. He did a decent job. Food was fine, but the place was noticeably dirty in toilet and cabin areas. Also, cabins were not secured and very unpleasant

HORRIBLE FOOD, OYSTERS, AND SERVICE! We waited at least 10 minutes to get a server at our table.(RESTAURANT WAS PRETTY EMPTY) We ordered an 1/2 of the dinners ordered were no longer available. Changed the order then 1/2 the order came up and the others dinner came 10 minutes later. The food was mediocre at best!The Oysters that we ordered as an appetizer came after our dinner plates were cleared, like it was dessert. 6 of the oysters came at room temp, made us question the freshness and quality. The staff saw nothing wrong with the oyster coming after the meal was done. MAKES ME QUESTION THE RAW BAR PART OF THE NAME.
